Further information

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I adapt my way of working to meet your individual needs.

I offer flexible therapy options, including short-term and long-term work, drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. Sessions are available in person, online, or over the phone.

If you get in touch please take a moment to check your junk or spam folder. Sometimes my replies end up there by mistake, and I wouldn’t want you to miss my message.

About me and my therapy practice

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and seeking support can be an important step. As an integrative counsellor, I believe strongly that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and met with acceptance, without judgment.

I provide a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, or navigating significant life changes, I offer compassionate and respectful support.

Our work together will be shaped around your individual needs. I aim to support you in developing greater clarity and self-understanding, while helping you recognise your own strengths and ways of coping with life’s challenges. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore what feels most important to you.

I offer both short- and long-term therapy and support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, burnout, stress, and low self-esteem. You deserve a space where you feel safe, listened to, and valued.

Practice description

I provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to share their story. Working collaboratively, we will explore your experiences, clarify your goals, and support you in moving forward in a way that feels authentic, meaningful, and empowering.

In addition to my private work, I also work within an agency setting, where I provide therapeutic support to adults with a diverse range of presenting needs.
