About me and my therapy practice

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and seeking support can be an important step. As an integrative counsellor, I believe strongly that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and met with acceptance, without judgment.

I provide a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, or navigating significant life changes, I offer compassionate and respectful support.

Our work together will be shaped around your individual needs. I aim to support you in developing greater clarity and self-understanding, while helping you recognise your own strengths and ways of coping with life’s challenges. My role is not to offer solutions or advice, but to walk alongside you as you explore what feels most important to you.

I offer both short- and long-term therapy and support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, burnout, stress, and low self-esteem. You deserve a space where you feel safe, listened to, and valued.

Practice description

I offer a warm, empathetic, non-judgemental space as I believe everyone deserves to be heard. I work collaboratively to help you explore your experiences, clarify your goals, and move forward on a journey that feels authentic and empowering to you.

I currently work within an agency setting, providing therapeutic support to adults with a wide range of presenting needs.
