Please feel free to get in touch, even if you’re unsure, have questions, or would just like to check if we’re a good fit. I’ll reply within 24 hours (often much sooner).

Intro call:

If you’d like, we can arrange a brief introductory call to help you get a sense of what working together would feel like. There’s no pressure or obligation to book further sessions.

I understand it can be a big step to reach out, especially if you’re struggling with things like stress, anxiety, depression, anger or feeling overwhelmed. I aim to make this process as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to change, no matter how hard you try?

Many of the people I work with come feeling exhausted by their own reactions. They're overthinking, shutting down emotionally or finding the same difficulties keep showing up, in relationships, at work, or just in how they feel about themselves. They're functioning, but something isn't right.

I help adults understand what's actually driving these patterns, not just manage the symptoms, but make sense of where they're coming from. That shift in understanding tends to be where real change begins.

My approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing on mindfulness and insight-based work to help you develop a steadier, more grounded relationship with yourself and the people around you.

Alongside my private practice I work as a counsellor for Wiltshire Mind, and my background includes academic research into counselling philosophy and many years teaching mindfulness and meditation, all of which shapes how I work.

Here's what a previous client said:

"I’m so grateful for the support I received from Benny. He was kind, and made me feel at ease straight away. I felt truly listened to and his kindness and understanding helped me through a difficult time."

If you're considering counselling, I offer a free 10-20 minute introductory call which is a relaxed conversation where you can tell me what's been going on and see if working together feels right. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Sessions are online or by telephone, available to adults across the UK.

Practice description

In our work together, we slow down enough to understand what's actually driving those patterns, not just the surface symptoms, but what's underneath them. That shift in understanding is usually where things begin to change.

I draw on several approaches depending on what feels most useful for you:

A person-centred foundation means our relationship is built on genuine warmth and understanding, a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgement.

Mindfulness-based work helps you relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, with more curiosity and less struggle.

Relational and insight-based work helps you understand how past experiences shape present patterns, in relationships, at work, and in how you feel about yourself.

I also draw on psychosynthesis, which can be helpful when different parts of you feel in conflict, when you know what you want but can't seem to get there.

My aim is always practical as well as reflective, to help you feel genuinely different, not just understood.

I offer a free 10-20-minute introductory call where we can talk through what's going on and see if working together feels right.

My first session

I offer a free 10-20 minute online introduction call. This is a relaxed conversation where you can tell me what’s been going on for you, ask questions and get a feel for how I work. It’s also a chance to see whether we’re the right fit for working together.

If you choose to continue, we’ll book a full first session (50 minutes). In this session I’ll invite you to share more about what you’re struggling with right now, what you’d like to change, and what you hope therapy could help with. There’s no expectation to tell your whole story at once, you can share what you're comfortable to.

We can discuss practicalities such as scheduling, payment, and what you can expect from counselling. There’s no obligation to book further sessions. You are free to decide in your own time.
