My main counselling sessions take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays between 8am and 6pm. However, I do have some availability in evenings and weekends.

There is a period of time over the 'Easter Holiday/Spring Break' where I will not be available, dates can be discussed during our initial conversation session.

I am a BACP-registered, DBS-checked person-centred counsellor, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I provide one-hour counselling sessions, using talking therapy and creative approaches where helpful, as well as creative wellbeing workshops.

You don’t have to face things alone, we can explore what you’re experiencing together.

If you would like to ask questions or just to connect with me to find out more about counselling. I offer a free 30-minute introductory conversation. This free conversation is usually an online video, accessed via an email link.
