About me and my therapy practice
You might be holding everything together on the outside—but inside, you’re exhausted. Maybe you're navigating a big life shift like separation or burnout, or you feel stuck in unhelpful patterns that you can’t quite make sense of.
I offer warm, grounded support to adults facing transitions—like divorce, identity shifts, relationship struggles, anxiety, or low self-worth. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained, yet unsure how to make a change. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I work relationally and draw from Transactional Analysis psychotherapy—a powerful model that helps us understand the roles and patterns we’ve developed in life, often from early experiences. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface so you can reconnect with clarity, self-trust, and choice.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and LGBTQ+ affirmative. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, and offer a space where you can bring your full self—without fear of judgment.
Therapy has been life-changing for me. It helped me understand my own story, set boundaries, and live more fully. That’s what I hope to offer you: not quick fixes, but a space to feel seen, understood, and supported as you grow.
Sessions take place weekly, either online or in person at my calm, private therapy room in Pollard Yard, Manchester. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore what you need and whether I’m the right fit.
Practice description
Therapy with me is an intentional space for slowing down, reflecting, and gently untangling what’s going on beneath the surface.
I integrate Transactional Analysis (TA) with a relational, person-centred approach. TA offers a clear and accessible way to explore how past dynamics shape current patterns—especially in relationships with others and with ourselves. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, burnout, or a sense of being stuck, therapy can help you meet yourself with more clarity and self-compassion.
Clients often tell me they value my ability to hold complexity with groundedness and warmth. I’m not here to give advice or diagnose—but to help you tune into your own voice and deepen your sense of agency.
You don’t need to have everything worked out to begin. Just bring yourself.
What I Can Help With:
Anxiety & burnout
Divorce & relationship transitions
Low self-worth & identity issues
LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy
Trauma, loss, and life changes
Women's issues & menopause support
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute phone or Zoom consultation so we can explore what brings you to therapy and whether I might be the right fit for you.
If we decide to go ahead, the first full session is a gentle starting point. There’s no pressure to share everything straight away. It’s a space to begin getting to know each other, talk about what’s been going on for you, and discuss what you hope to gain from therapy.
We’ll also talk through some practicalities, like confidentiality, scheduling, and how I work. If it feels right to continue, we’ll agree on a regular time for ongoing weekly sessions.
I don’t ask you to complete any forms or formal assessments before we begin—though I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about the process. My aim is to create a welcoming, grounded space where you can arrive just as you are.
Sessions are held either online or in person at my therapy space in Pollard Yard, Manchester.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer warm, non-judgemental support to adults navigating transitions—like separation, divorce, identity shifts, or feeling lost in relationships. I work with people who are holding a lot together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained inside.
I have particular experience in relationship issues, divorce recovery, anxiety, burnout, and low self-worth. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, and I’m proud to offer an LGBTQ+ affirmative space where you can bring your full self to therapy.
My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, which helps us explore deep-rooted patterns and create lasting change. Sessions offer space to untangle what’s going on—without judgement—and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Therapy has been life-changing for me. It helped me understand childhood wounds, set boundaries, and live more fully. I know how hard it can be to reach out—but I also know the power of being truly heard.
I offer a free 15-minute call to explore if we’re a good fit.
Practice description
Therapy with me is a collaborative, compassionate space where you're encouraged to bring your full self—without fear of judgement. I’ll listen deeply, reflect honestly, and support you to make sense of what’s going on, at your pace.
I work relationally and integrate Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy—a model that helps us understand the patterns and roles we adopt in life and relationships. TA offers a powerful framework for exploring how early experiences may still be shaping how you relate to yourself and others. Gaining insight into these patterns can be the first step towards choosing something new.
You might arrive feeling anxious, burned out, or stuck in the same unhelpful cycles. Together we’ll slow things down and get curious about what’s beneath the surface—so you can meet yourself with more clarity, self-compassion and agency.
My role isn’t to fix or advise, but to help you feel seen and understood, so you can begin to trust your own voice more deeply. Clients often tell me they value my groundedness, warmth, and ability to name what’s going on with clarity and kindness.
I hold the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work—we go at your pace, and what matters to you guides the process.
I offer a welcoming and LGBTQ+ affirmative space. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.
