About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome to my practice.

Does life feel overwhelming right now?

Have you lost sight of who you truly are?

Maybe you notice yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, or putting yourself down despite your best efforts. You might be struggling in relationships, finding it hard to set boundaries, or carrying guilt and shame shaped by family, cultural, or personal expectations.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, burnout, and painful relationship patterns. Often, my clients feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, even though they are doing everything they can to cope.

In our work together, I offer a space to slow things down and begin to understand not just what you’re feeling, but why. I combine a person-centred, compassionate approach with deeper exploration of patterns and relationships, helping you build self-awareness, self-trust, and more choice in how you live your life.

Many people I work with feel they must “hold it all together.” This can be especially true for men, who may have learned to stay strong and keep emotions hidden. Here, there is space to let that guard down, safely, and without judgement.

I have availability for both online and face-to-face sessions on Mondays through Thursdays.

Face-to-face locations:  King's Cross and Fitzrovia

Fees:

Online: £60 per session

Face-to-face: £70 per session

Concessionary rates are available online, depending on individual circumstances.

Practice description

I am a qualified integrative therapist with a background in NHS talking therapies and private practice. This means I don’t believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach; instead, I combine different therapeutic styles to meet your unique needs.

Clients often describe me as a "steady guide"- warm, curious, and deeply calm. In our sessions, we might:

• Explore the past: Understanding how your early experiences or cultural background shape your current patterns (Psychodynamic).

• Focus on the present: Building self-awareness and self-trust in a non-judgmental space (Person-Centred).

• Look to the future: Identifying your strengths and practical ways to move forward (Solution-Focused).

Whether we work together online or in person, my priority is to create a safe, confidential environment where you can slow down and gain the insights needed for lasting change.
