About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome to my practice in Shoreditch and Liverpool Street!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life, stuck in the cycle of perfectionism, or struggling to navigate important relationships? Many people lose sight of themselves when facing anxiety, low self-esteem, or ongoing stress in their personal and family lives. If you find yourself repeating unhelpful patterns, battling feelings of guilt and shame, or constantly chasing impossible standards, you’re not alone.

I specialise in helping individuals overcome perfectionism, heal painful relationship issues, and recover from burnout and depression. My approach is tailored for anyone feeling anxious, lost, or disconnected, including those unsure how to move forward or set healthy boundaries.

In therapy, we’ll work together to uncover the roots of your struggles - whether they stem from family pressures, cultural expectations, or old patterns - and rebuild self-confidence and emotional resilience. Many clients, especially men conditioned to “hold it all together,” discover a safe, judgement-free space to let their guard down and finally be themselves.

You deserve to feel safe, seen, and enough - just as you are.

I have availability for both online and face-to-face sessions on Mondays through Thursdays.

Face-to-face locations:  Shoreditch and Kings Cross

Fees:

Online: £60 per session

Face-to-face: £70 per session

Concessionary rates are available online, depending on individual circumstances.

Practice description

As an experienced therapist with NHS background, I am passionate about supporting clients and offer personalised support tailored to you.

Whether you choose short- or long-term therapy, we work collaboratively and at your pace to gently explore what keeps you stuck in anxiety, perfectionism, or difficult relationship patterns.

Clients often describe me as calm, warm, and curious- a steady guide who helps you slow down, feel safe, and uncover new insights.

Together, we’ll build resilience, self-trust, and healthier ways to relate to yourself and others. Choosing the right therapist is important - research shows progress happens when you feel connected and comfortable. I’m here to create that supportive space for you.
