Availability

I currently have availability for new clients. I offer sessions in-person in Shoreditch and Aldgate, online across the UK, and walk-and-talk sessions by discussion. I work across weekdays and Saturdays.

About me and my therapy practice

You might appear capable, thoughtful, or confident  and still carry a sense of pressure or not feeling enough. Perhaps you overthink decisions, have difficulty slowing down, or feel caught between who you are and who you feel you should be. On the outside things may look just fine, while inside you might feel tired, confused, or disconnected.

Many people come to therapy not because something dramatic has happened, but because something no longer feels quite right. You may be holding things together, functioning quite well, and still feeling unsure of yourself or stuck in familiar patterns.

My name is Vasiliki and I'm an integrative counsellor offering in-person sessions in Shoreditch and Aldgate, and online across the UK. My aim is to offer a grounded space where you can make sense of what's going on and relate to yourself with more clarity and understanding.

My practice is inclusive and compassionate, welcoming people of all backgrounds and identities. I work in an anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ affirmative way.

You might be here because…

You're high-functioning and capable but often feel anxious, flat, or emotionally drained. You overthink conversations, choices, or how you come across to others. You feel pressure to keep going or achieving, even when you're exhausted. You're experiencing burnout, loss of direction, or a growing sense of disconnection from yourself. You're noticing recurring patterns in relationships, work, or self-esteem. You're navigating questions around identity, belonging, or life transitions.

You don't need to know exactly what you want from therapy. We can start with what feels most present for you.

Practice description

I work integratively, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred, existential and solution-focused approaches. This means the work is flexible and shaped around where you are, rather than a fixed agenda.

Therapy with me is a human conversation, based in trust, curiosity and respect. We can explore what feels heavy or "stuck" at your own pace, working toward a better understanding of your patterns, needs, and the ways you've learned to cope.

I also have particular experience working with the impact of addiction (whether your own or someone else's) on emotional wellbeing and self-regard. I'm currently volunteering as a counsellor in addiction services. If you're navigating the impact of ADHD or neurodivergence on your daily life and sense of self, that's also something I could support with.

Over time you might notice a softer inner dialogue with less self-criticism, clearer boundaries and a stronger sense of what you need, and a growing sense of steadiness and emotional breathing space.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call before we begin, so we can get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit. There's no pressure to commit and it's simply a chance to connect and ask any questions you might have.

If we decide to go ahead, the first session is a chance to share what's brought you to therapy and what you're hoping for, at whatever level feels comfortable. There's no set agenda, we go at your pace from the start.

I usually suggest meeting weekly, at least initially, as this helps build continuity and trust. Sessions are 50 minutes. Therapy can be short-term or open-ended, and we'll review the work together as we go.
