Availability
I currently have availability for new clients. I offer sessions in-person in Shoreditch and Aldgate East, online across the UK, and walk-and-talk sessions by discussion. I work across weekdays and Saturdays.
About me and my therapy practice
You might look like you've got it together - capable, thoughtful, and managing well on the outside - while inside you're overthinking decisions, running on empty, or feeling like you're not quite enough. Perhaps you have difficulty slowing down, or you feel caught between who you are and who you think you should be.
Many people come to therapy not because of a sudden crisis, but because something no longer feels quite right. You may be holding things together and functioning well, and still feel exhausted, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from yourself and others.
My name is Vasiliki, and I'm an integrative counsellor offering in-person sessions in Shoreditch and Aldgate, and online across the UK. My aim is to offer a grounded, collaborative space where you can drop the mask, make sense of what's going on, and relate to yourself with more clarity and compassion.
My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people of all backgrounds and identities. I work in an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ and neuro-affirming way, offering a safe space for exploration and growth.
You might be here because…
- You're high-functioning and capable, but frequently anxious, flat, or emotionally drained
- You overthink conversations, choices, or how you come across to others
- You feel pressure to keep going or achieving, even when completely exhausted
- You minimise your struggles because "others have it worse"
- You're experiencing burnout, loss of direction, or recurring patterns in relationships and work
- You're navigating neurodivergence and the impact of masking on your self-esteem
You don't need to know exactly what you want from therapy, and you don't need to arrive with a clear plan. We can start with whatever feels most present and manageable for you.
Practice description
I work integratively, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred, existential, and solution-focused approaches. This means our sessions are flexible and shaped around your needs, rather than following a rigid agenda.
Therapy with me is a human conversation built on trust, curiosity, and respect. We can explore what feels heavy or stuck at your own pace, helping you understand your patterns, your coping mechanisms, and what you truly need.
Alongside general emotional and relational concerns, I have particular experience supporting clients navigating the impact of addiction (whether your own or someone else's) through my ongoing work in addiction services. I also bring a dedicated focus to helping neurodivergent clients (also late-diagnosed and self-identifying) unpack the effects of masking and self-criticism on their daily lives.
Over time, you might notice a kinder inner dialogue with less self-criticism, clearer boundaries and a stronger sense of what you need.

Practical details & getting started
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call before we begin, so you can get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit. There's no pressure to commit and it's simply a chance to connect and ask any questions you might have.
If you decide to go ahead, the first session is a chance to share what's brought you to therapy and what you're hoping for, at whatever level feels comfortable. There's no set agenda, we go at your pace from the start.
Sessions are 50 minutes, fee is £60 online and £70 for in-person sessions. Therapy can be short-term or open-ended, and we'll review the work together as we go.
