About me and my therapy practice

If you're someone who tries hard to work on yourself, who cares deeply and has spent years coping, yet still feels anxious, depleted, or stuck in the same old patterns, you're not alone. You might be holding things together on the outside, while feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed inside.

I'm truly passionate about offering a gentle, supportive approach that's focused on you, giving you the care you deserve while working to identify and facilitate skills to cope, uncover your rea sense of self and find a new way forward.

I offer steady, relational therapy for those who want to explore and better understand relationships, with self, others, and the world around us. I offer sessions online via video call.

Practice description

My work is relational and humanistic, but don't worry if those words don't mean much to you - the most important thing is the therapeutic relationship itself.

Together, we pay attention to your past experience and current relationships, to help you notice patterns that may once have helped, but now feel limiting.

My first session

I work at a thoughtful pace. I'm not directive or prescriptive and I won't rush you. Instead I create the conditions for you to gain a deeper understanding, emotional safety and meaningful change over time.

I work with ADHD, autism and neurodiversity in a sensitive and considerate way.

What I can help with

ADD / ADHD, Addictions, Anxiety, Autism spectrum, Bereavement, Depression, Health related issues, Identity issues, LGBTQ+ counselling, Loss, Men's issues, Neurodiversity, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, Substance Dependency, Vegan allied, Women's issues
