About me and my therapy practice
Relationships shape every part of our lives – when they’re under strain, everything can start to feel harder. I help couples and individuals make sense of what’s happening between them, understand each other more clearly, and rebuild trust, communication, and connection.
My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in both professional training and lived experience. I don’t just listen – I help you make sense of the patterns at play, and find practical steps toward lasting change.
I also have specialist experience in anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, addiction, eating and body image challenges, grief and trauma.
Many people I work with are navigating ADHD, autism, burnout, or high-performance lifestyles. I understand these dynamics - both personally, and professionally.
Practice description
I offer sessions in-person, online, or by telephone - whatever feels most comfortable and convenient for you. My counselling room is private, welcoming, and discreet, based within a professional office setting to ensure confidentiality and safety at all times.
My first session
There’s no formal, intimidating assessment at the first session. We begin with what brings you here, what each of you needs, and what you’d like to improve or change.
Sessions are then guided but evolve organically, allowing you both the space to be truly heard, in ways that can be difficult outside the therapy room.
