About me and my therapy practice

My approach is collaborative and grounded. Drawing from both - psychology and spirituality, I can integrate classic talking therapy with energetic, body-based, and symbolic approaches to support deep, sustainable change and to help you reconnect with a stronger sense of Self, your agency and purpose.

As a therapist, I naturally bring my own personality into my work. My values — compassion, authenticity, inclusivity, respect, and collaboration — guide how I connect with my clients.

When I sit with someone, I don’t just see their behaviours, thoughts, or diagnoses; I see their potential and capacity for growth.

I think systemically, always considering the wider context that deeply shapes who we are. One of my strengths is noticing patterns and connections, and sensing when something feels out of alignment. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a sense of humour into my sessions. While I work relationally, I also draw on sound theory. I can be direct and gently challenging when needed. I’m not afraid to sit with pain, discomfort or paradox — that’s often where the most meaningful change begins.

Practice description

My aim is to create a supportive, accepting space where all parts of you can be included and understood. I enjoy working collaboratively with people who are curious about themselves and what influenced them — those who want to understand their inner world more deeply, who are ready to commit to the process or explore what blocks them - even when it feels uncertain or a little scary. Like everyone, I know what it's like to experiene doubt or uncertainty. I've found that having another human being to share it with - can make all the difference.

I offer online and in-person sessions in Hertfordshire (Letchworth, Buntingford, Baldock) and in Cambridge.

My first session

The first session is really about getting to know each other, understanding what brings you to therapy, and creating a safe, supportive space for you to begin speaking freely.

I’ll gently ask some questions to get a sense of what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping for, and how I might be able to support you.

You don’t have to have the “right” words, a clear plan, or a big story to tell just bring yourself, exactly as you are. My hope is that by the end of our first session, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of:

· Whether my approach is right for you

· And what your next step might be.

You're also very welcome to ask me anything — about how I work, what therapy might look like, or anything else that would help you feel more comfortable.

If this resonates with you, or you would like to know more - please feel free to get in touch and we could schedule a 15 minutes introductory call or book a session!
