Hello, I’m a trauma-informed, bilingual counsellor and psychologist. I offer integrative and transpersonal therapy for adults In Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing relationship difficulties, challenges related to neurodiversity, anxiety/depression, cultural adjustments, or in a time of personal crisis and change, I offer a warm, grounded presence to help you reduce emotional suffering, develop self-awareness, and reconnect with a stronger sense of self, agency, and purpose.

My approach is holistic and collaborative — drawing from both psychology and spirituality. I integrate talking therapy with body-based and symbolic approaches to support deep, sustainable change.

As a qualified Psychologist, Psychosynthesis Counsellor, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, I work integratively and systemically, applying energy psychotherapy, somatic work, eye movement, Jungian and creative methods, including sandplay.

I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds—including professionals, creatives, neurodivergent adults/parents of neurodiverse children, and those healing from complex trauma or relational wounds. Whether you are seeking long-term depth work or a focused short-term process, I adapt therapy to meet you where you are.

Sessions are available in English and Russian, online across the UK and internationally, or in-person in Baldock, Hertfordshire (as walk-and-talk therapy) and in Cambridge.

I am BACP-registered, professionally insured, DBS-checked, and have completed 240+ clinical hours across NHS-adjacent services, low-cost clinics, and private practice. My work is inclusive, ethically grounded, and shaped by conituous professional education and ongoing supervision.

Therapy with me offers a safe, attuned space to explore your experiences, any unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and begin meaningful personal transformation.

Currently accepting new clients.

Practice description

I work on-line and in person in Baldock and in Cambridge.

Each session - is shaped around your needs and your pace. Together, we might explore early patterns, embodied responses, or symbolic material (dreamwork, life metaphors) — always with the intention of creating greater awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

My first session

Starting therapy can feel like a big step — and it’s completely normal to feel a little nervous or unsure. The first session is really about getting to know each other, understanding what brings you to therapy, and creating a safe, supportive space for you to begin speaking freely.

I’ll gently ask some questions to get a sense of what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping for, and how I might be able to support you. This might include talking about things like your current challenges, any previous therapy experiences, and any goals (or even just hopes) you might have for the process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once.

You're also very welcome to ask me anything — about how I work, what therapy might look like, or anything else that would help you feel more comfortable.

We’ll also cover some practical things like confidentiality, session format, and boundaries — all to make sure you feel informed, safe, and respected in the space we’re creating together.

By the end of our first session, my hope is that you’ll leave with a clearer sense of:

* What working together might feel like

* Whether the pace and approach feel right for you

* And what your next step might be

There’s no commitment beyond this first conversation. It's simply a chance to connect and explore whether this could be a good fit for you.

You don’t have to have the “right” words, a clear plan, or a big story to tell — just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
