About me and my therapy practice
My approach to therapy is supportive, non judgemental and deeply compassionate. I offer a safe space where you can talk openly.
Together, we will explore what’s going on and work towards developing strategies that help you feel more confident and in control. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs so that therapy feels both supportive and effective.
Book a Session
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, so my aim is to ensure that you feel comfortable, safe and supported throughout the whole process.
If you ready to take that step, please contact me to arrange your first session.
