My online practice is warm, inclusive, and accepting, giving you space to be yourself without pressure or judgement. I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and have experience supporting ND clients, as well as people exploring identity, sexuality, and self-expression. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally.

Clients often describe me as relatable, approachable, and easy to talk to. There’s no need to have the 'right' words or a clear plan - we’ll work at your pace, in a way that feels natural, supportive, and led by you.

I offer UK-wide online therapy via video (WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams) or phone therapy.

If being on camera feels uncomfortable, we can work in a way that suits you, including telephone or text-based sessions where appropriate. Online therapy offers flexibility, privacy, and the freedom to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable.

I’m Lynn, a qualified, BACP-registered counsellor offering online counselling for adults (18+) across the UK. I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, and life challenges, providing a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and feel understood.

Online therapy is a flexible and accessible way to get support. You can attend sessions from your own safe, familiar space - without the stress of travel - making it easier to prioritise your wellbeing and fit counselling into your life.

My approach is person-centred, meaning our sessions are led by you. There’s no pressure to have the right words or to know where to begin. We’ll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you, helping you build clarity, self-awareness, and confidence.

Clients often describe me as down to earth, approachable, and easy to talk to. I offer a non-judgemental, supportive environment where you can be yourself without fear of criticism or expectation.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in line with their ethical framework.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I offer a completely optional, no obligation 10–15 minute phone call to help you decide whether I’m the right therapist for you. This is a chance to ask questions, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels comfortable.

If I don’t answer your call, I’m likely with a client. I don’t return missed calls, so please send a WhatsApp message or email me instead and we can arrange a time to speak that works for you.
