Availability
I currently have availability for new clients. I offer face to face counselling in a comfortable therapy room in Canterbury, as well as online and telephone counselling across the UK.
I offer a free 15-minute online introductory call so that we can meet and see if it feels like the right fit.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced and qualified counsellor. I enjoy being creative and spending time in nature.
My approach is warm, gentle and relational. I aim to create a space where you can feel genuinely heard, understood and supported, without pressure to share more than feels comfortable. You will have my full attention, sensitivity and respect, as we begin to make sense of your experiences together. I work with you so that the pace feels manageable for you.
Practice description
I offer weekly or fortnightly 50 minute sessions for a fixed amount of sessions or for open ended work.
I am also a bereavement counsellor with a national charity.
My first session
At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together. I believe healing can begin when you feel truly seen and met with warmth, steadiness and care.
We will explore what you need. We may pay attention to emotions, mind, bodily responses and relationship patterns.
Through our work we can gently develop greater understanding, enable choice and strengthen emotional security.
