Availability
I currently have some availability for new clients and offer both short- and long-term counselling. My usual working hours are Tuesday to Thursday, 10am–1pm, with evening online sessions available Monday to Thursday between 5–7pm. I also offer a limited number of Saturday morning appointments between 9am–12pm.
Sessions are available online across the UK and in person in Wimbledon (SW19).
Where possible, I aim to offer a regular weekly slot that works for both of us, with some flexibility around holidays or unexpected changes. I respond to new enquiries personally, usually within 24–48 hours on weekdays.
Whether you are looking for ongoing counselling or support with something more specific, you are very welcome to get in touch and we can discuss availability together.
About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrative counsellor offering a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity and collaboration, and I work at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Alongside talking therapy, I use somatic awareness to help you notice how stress, trauma and difficult experiences may show up in the body. I also draw on IFS-informed parts work to explore different emotional responses, protective patterns and inner conflicts with curiosity and compassion.
When helpful, I may also use CBT-informed and brief solution-focused approaches, particularly when working with anxiety, OCD-related patterns, panic, phobias, work stress or burnout.
I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, domestic abuse, coercive or controlling relationships, and the longer-term impact of childhood sexual abuse. I also work with loss, identity, cultural pressures and experiences that may have affected your sense of safety, trust, self-worth or connection with others.
My work is also shaped by more than 20 years of living in London while navigating different cultural backgrounds. I understand how complex it can feel to live between cultures, family expectations and different ideas about identity, relationships and belonging.
Faith, spirituality and traditional values are welcome in my practice. I see these as important parts of identity for many people and, when they are meaningful to you, we can explore them in a way that respects your beliefs, heritage and personal experience.
Practice description
I provide a calm, confidential and compassionate space, both online and in person, where you can explore what is troubling you without fear of judgement or pressure to be anyone other than yourself.
In our sessions, my aim is to create a grounded and collaborative environment where you can begin to make sense of your thoughts, emotions and experiences. Together, we can work towards greater self-awareness, self-trust and a stronger sense of connection with yourself and others.
I support adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including:
- Anxiety, stress, trauma and emotional overwhelm
- Childhood experiences that continue to affect you in adult life
- Domestic abuse, coercive or controlling relationships, and the impact of childhood sexual abuse
- Relationship difficulties and life transitions
- Feeling stuck, losing confidence or struggling with self-worth
- Cultural, family or identity-related pressures
I see clients in person in Wimbledon, around three minutes from the station, as well as online across the UK.
I feel privileged to support clients as they begin to understand themselves more deeply and move towards greater clarity, confidence and emotional steadiness.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet, get a sense of one another, and see how it feels to work together. We can gently explore what has brought you to counselling, what you are currently experiencing, and what you might hope to gain from the process.
We may talk about your current situation, relevant background and any previous support you have had. There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable; we can move at a pace that feels right for you.
The session also gives you a chance to experience how I work and to ask any questions you may have. It is important to me that our work feels collaborative from the beginning and that you feel comfortable with the way we work together.
