About me and my therapy practice

I’m an integrative, BACP‑registered counsellor based in Southeast London offering in-person and online therapy to adults who want a steady, grounded space to understand themselves more fully.

I work neuro‑affirmatively with adults who are formally diagnosed as well as those who self‑identify as neurodivergent, including people exploring ADHD or autism and the impact these experiences have on daily life, relationships and self‑confidence. I also support family members (partners, parents and carers) who are navigating the emotional, relational and practical realities of neurodivergence within the household. This includes understanding different communication styles, managing overwhelm, and finding ways for everyone to feel more resourced and connected.

My approach is trauma‑informed and relational. I pay close attention to how your nervous system responds to stress, overwhelm and masking, and how your history, identity and environment shape the way you move through the world.

Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, and want support that is both compassionate and practical. Together we pay attention to what feels difficult, what feels possible, and what helps you stay resourced.

Before retraining as a counsellor, I worked in the corporate world, which gives me a deep understanding of the high-stress demands faced by professional and the pressure of juggling every part of life and trying to do it all.

I draw from relational, psychodynamic, CBT‑informed, mindfulness and creative approaches, adapting the work to your pace and needs. My style is warm, thoughtful and collaborative: I don’t rush insight, and I don’t impose assumptions. Instead, I help you make meaning of your experiences and develop ways of living that feel more aligned with who you are.

Practice description

Therapy with me is steady, grounded and relational. I aim to create a space where you can finally exhale - a place to feel heard, supported and understood as you make sense of what’s happening in your life.

I support individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and with many different challenges, including:

  • Anxiety and Stress
  • Depression and Low Mood
  • Trauma
  • Life Transitions
  • Perinatal Mental Health and Parenting
  • Neurodiversity
  • Identity and Culture
  • Loss, Grief and Bereavement

In our initial consultation, we will explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the work. From there, we shape the process together - whether you’re seeking short‑term support or longer‑term exploration. My aim is to offer a calm, confidential space where you can bring whatever you’re carrying and begin to feel more grounded and connected.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation where we can talk about what you're looking for and whether we'd be a good fit.

Your first session then is a relaxed, confidential conversation to further get to know each other. During the session we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy now, a little background to give me a broader sense of your concerns, your hopes for therapy, and any practical needs or access considerations. Before we begin I will explain fees, the cancellation policy, confidentiality and session logistics.

I invite you to get in touch today and take that first step towards healing, self-discovery, and long-term emotional wellbeing.

Next step: if you’d like to book, please complete the contact form and I’ll confirm current availability or visit my website for further information.
