About me and my therapy practice
Life can look fine on the outside while feeling overwhelming on the inside. Perhaps you've been living with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, trauma, loss, or a persistent feeling that something isn't quite right. Maybe you've become so used to coping that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly thrive.
Therapy offers a space where you don't have to face these challenges alone. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where we can explore what's bringing you here, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work towards meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're seeking support through a difficult period or looking for deeper personal growth, my aim is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to live.
Practice description
My method of counselling is Integrative, this means that I don't believe in a one-size fits all solution. Instead I combine methods from different schools of thought such as psychodynamic, person centred and CBT, to build a unique framework just for you. We work without an agenda and at a pace that works for you.
I have further experience in bereavement and with children who face difficult life experiences. I am ready to meet you where you are and support you through your own process
My first session
I offer an initial introductory session for £35. I believe the connection between therapist and client is the most important factor in your progress. This allows us to explore how we might work together in a way that feels comfortable and low-pressure for you.
In our first session we will go through a client form together, this is done at a pace that is comfortable for you. This will help me understand better exactly what you expect from counselling and how I can best support you.

Practice description
I provide face to face and remote counselling via secure video call and telephone. Online therapy offers flexibility while maintaining the same professional and ethical standards as in-person work.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly. I offer both time-limited and open-ended therapy, depending on your goals and circumstances. At the outset, we will clarify what you would like to focus on and review the work periodically.

We will explore what you would like support with, your expectations of therapy and whether we feel able to work together in a way that feels right for you. There will will also be space for you to ask questions about how I work.
