I work online and from peaceful, welcoming private rooms in Brighton and Hove. I also offer walk and talk sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. I specialise in helping autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed or burnt out. Together, we can make sense of your experiences and create meaningful change.
My work is underpinned by specialist training in working with neurodivergent adults, as well as having ADHD myself. I don’t just work with theory, I understand what it’s like from the inside out.
At the heart of my work is a belief in a deeper self. That calm, wise and compassionate part of you that knows what you need and longs to live more fully.
When life becomes overwhelming, it’s easy to lose touch with that inner clarity. Counselling offers a space to reconnect with it
Whether you are diagnosed, self - identified or exploring neurodivergence, you are welcome here.
Practice description
I support neurodivergent adults with:
- Anxiety and low mood
- Feeling constantly overwhelmed or unable to switch off
- Burnout
- Persistent self doubt and low self esteem
- Friendship challenges
- Relationship difficulties
- Work and career challenges
- Masking and camouflaging
- Rejection sensitivity dysphoria
- Rumination/looping
- Understanding yourself and your life after a diagnosis/self identification
- Understanding why you've always felt different, “too much” or “not enough”
I also have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent adults through hormonal transitions, including peri menopause, menopause, pregnancy and the postnatal period.
How I work
I work in a pluralistic way which means I intuitively draw from a range of modalities to find the best approach for you.
I’ll walk alongside you as you explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, so that you can begin to make sense of your feelings and understand yourself more deeply.
Through this process, many people discover a more peaceful, connected and authentic way of being.
