Availability

I offer sessions in person in a lovely purpose built therapy room in Maida Vale. I have availability Saturday mornings and after school.

About me and my therapy practice

I set up my therapy practice having spent several years volunteering with youth organisations including Prince's Trust, Action for Children, and You Make It.

I work with children and young people up to the age of 25, and I also offer reflective parenting sessions for parents and carers who are finding things difficult at home.

Perhaps it is difficult to understand your child’s moods, or you are worried and frustrated about their behaviour. You could be struggling with mum/parent guilt and feelings of inadequacy.

Parents often get in touch when they notice changes in their child such as increased anxiety, worry, skipping school, big emotional reactions, withdrawal, unexpected anger or outbursts at home. Sometimes there isn’t a clear reason — just a sense that things feel harder than they used to.

I offer a free 15-minute phone or video call to talk through your situation — no commitment needed. It's a chance to ask questions and get a feel for whether working with me might be right for you and your child.

Practice description

In my work with children and young people, sessions may include talking, play, and creative activities, depending on age and preference. I aim to create a warm, calm environment where they can make sense of their feelings, feel heard, and develop more manageable ways of coping.

I follow an Integrative approach, which means that I combine various therapeutic theories and methods to tailor support based on each young person’s unique needs.

For parents and carers, I offer reflective sessions. These provide a calm, confidential space to talk openly about the challenges you are facing, without judgement or blame. Parenting can feel challenging at times, especially when emotions run high or patterns become stuck. Together we can explore what may be happening beneath the behaviour – for both you and your child – consider the wider family context, and identify practical, manageable steps forward. My role is not to tell you how to parent, but to supportively work alongside you — boosting your confidence, strengthening connection, and helping you feel more steady and less alone.

My first session

Before we begin, I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. This is a chance for you to tell me a little about what's going on, ask any questions, and get a sense of whether I feel like the right fit — there's no pressure or obligation.

If you'd like to go ahead, sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly in person in Maida Vale, W9. I see children and young people individually; parents are involved in a way that feels right for each family.
