About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Olly, and I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor. My way of working is rooted in the Person-Centred Approach, which focuses on creating a supportive relationship that fosters your personal growth and well-being.
In our sessions, I will aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space. We will hope to build a trusting environment in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings; past, present or future, facilitating a deeper awareness and understanding of yourself.
While my primary focus is on Person-Centred therapy, I also integrate elements from Existential and other Humanistic theories to enrich self-understanding and reflection. This allows for a more comprehensive exploration of your experiences and challenges.
Practice description
