I am a registered member of BACP and an accredited practitioner with the NCS. In addition, I am a trained supervisor, qualified through Waverley Abbey, supporting other therapists in their professional growth. I bring this experience and understanding to my work creating a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore and heal.
My practice is anchored in creating a supportive and relational therapeutic space for adults, adolescents, and professionals from all backgrounds. Drawing from my extensive experience in both short-term and ongoing therapy, I offer psychotherapy, counselling, and clinical supervision tailored to each individual’s needs. I work integratively, blending therapeutic modalities to address a wide spectrum of emotional and behavioural challenges. Whether you prefer sessions in person or online, I strive to make therapy accessible, nurturing emotional wellbeing and resilience across diverse life circumstances.
Practice description
I provide comprehensive support for a range of issues, including:
• Bereavement and loss, helping clients process grief resulting from death or significant life changes
• Relationship difficulties, guiding individuals as they build healthy, meaningful connections
• Depression and anxiety, offering strategies and interventions to manage symptoms and restore balance
• Behavioural issues in young adults and families, including aggression, coercive control, and anti-social behaviour
• Cultural and spiritual considerations, honouring how these shape each person’s experience and integrating them sensitively into the therapeutic process
• Clinical supervision for fellow practitioners, supporting professional growth and reflective practice
My approach is compassionate and sensitive, collaborating with you to understand unique challenges and foster positive growth and lasting change. The environment I create is inclusive, safe, and caring, to nurture emotional wellbeing for clients from all walks of life.
My first session
The first session is a welcoming opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy or supervision. You are invited to share your concerns, background, and hopes for our work together, while I explain how my practice operates and answer any questions you may have. We will explore your goals collaboratively, ensuring the process respects your pace and preferences. Key aspects such as confidentiality, boundaries, and session logistics will be clarified to help you feel informed and safe from the outset. Whether you are new to therapy or returning after a break, my aim is to make your initial session supportive, inclusive, and the foundation for an effective therapeutic relationship. What I can help with
