About me and my therapy practice
Hi there, I'm Jo and I support clients with a wide variety of presenting difficulties. Working together to build a trusting relationship we can explore any concerns you are currently experiencing. I specialise in how attachment and our lived experience often shape our thoughts and feelings in the here and now. Helping clients on their journey to re-align what it is they want and need both from themselves and others around them. The power of compassion is of utmost importance to my practice and I hope to be able to work on internal systems such as self esteem and self valuation.
