About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome! I'm Ina Balsyte, and I'm honored you're considering taking this important step in your wellness journey with me. With roots in Eastern Europe and a background in the corporate world, I've seen how stress, expectations, and cultural narratives shape us. Having moved to the UK from a different cultural environment, I also understand the challenges of navigating life between cultures and how isolating or confusing that can sometimes feel. Counselling was a turning point in my own life, and its impact is what led me to this profession. Today, I offer a space where others can explore their experiences and create meaningful change.
Practice description
I work from an integrative approach, drawing on humanistic, Gestalt and relational ways of working to meet each client's unique needs. My sessions blend conversation with experiential methods, like grounding, gentle body awareness, creativity, or exploration of present-moment experience, to support deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.
My first session
I offer sessions online.
Each session is 50min (therapeutic hour).
I offer free complimentary 20 min intro session online. Contact me to book it.

About me and my therapy practice
I see therapy as a collaborative journey. I don't have answers ready for you, but I offer thoughtful guidance, attunement, and a space where all your parts are welcome. We might explore feelings of anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, life transitions, aging, or patterns like codependency - anything that affects your sense of connection, confidence, or inner peace.
A strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I believe that feeling truly seen and understood is what allows change and healing to unfold. My aim is to create an environment that feels safe, accepting, and steady - somewhere you can reconnect with yourself and begin to move forward in a way that feels authentic.
