My background is senior leadership in education (headteacher) so I understand pressure very well. I also am a business leader and employer and understand the challenges you may be facing. Working together, we can dismantle barriers and reach your goals more quickly. 

I offer a quiet, calm and private space where you can make progress against professional or work goals - examples might be financial or relationship, career or weight. Regular sessions hold you accountable for change and reflection. Sessions are online or face-to-face.

Integrative therapy. Bespoke to you and your needs, we work together and you lead the pace and the number of sessions. You don't need any more stress with forms, booking, registration. I try to make booking as accessible as possible. A real person at the end of the phone! (Although you may need to leave me message if I'm in session of course I WILL get back to you within 24 hours)
