I offer counselling sessions in person in Eastbourne and Haywards Heath, as well as online for those who prefer to work remotely. With specialist training in online therapy, I make sure the experience feels just as supportive and connected as meeting face to face. I currently have some flexibility for evening and weekend appointments, making it easier to find a time that suits your schedule.
About me and my therapy practice
Do you find yourself caught in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, low mood, or self‑doubt? You’re not alone. Many of the people I work with share how stuck they feel in patterns they long to change.
As a person‑centred counsellor with additional training in transactional analysis, I offer a safe, trauma‑informed space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we can gently uncover the roots of these struggles while also working in the here and now to rebuild self‑trust and a sense of emotional safety.
With over 15 years’ experience in addiction services and supporting young people, I bring a deep understanding of how overwhelming life can sometimes feel and how transformative it can be to have a safe space dedicated to your growth and wellbeing.
Practice description
You are the expert in your own life and I’m here to walk alongside you. I work relationally and collaboratively, creating a warm, non‑judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.
Clients often tell me they value the compassion and flexibility I bring to sessions. My approach adapts to your pace and needs, supporting you as you make sense of your experiences and move toward the changes you want.
My first session
Your first session is a chance for you to talk through what has brought you to counselling and explore what feels most important for you. I’ll explain how I work so you have a clear idea of what to expect. There’s no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with, the pace is guided by you.
I don’t charge a different rate for the first session, but I do offer a free 15‑minute telephone call beforehand. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether counselling with me feels like the right fit.
Sometimes I’ll ask a few background questions to help me understand your situation better, though there’s no formal assessment. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether continuing together feels right for you.
