Availability

I currently offer online and walk-and-talk sessions from Tuesday to Saturday mornings, and I have availability during these times.

I also work in person on Friday afternoons.

I am planning to open additional in-person sessions on Mondays. A waiting list is available for these spaces.

About me and my therapy practice

You might look like you’re coping, but underneath there’s a persistent sense of depletion — mental fatigue, reduced motivation, difficulty switching off, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Burnout often builds quietly, especially when you’re used to being capable, reliable, or the one others depend on. Therapy offers a space where you no longer have to keep pushing through alone.

I provide a steady, supportive environment where you can pause and make sense of what has led to this point. This is a place to speak honestly, without pressure to be productive or “figure it out” quickly. Together, we explore patterns of overextension, self-expectation, and emotional strain, and begin to understand what your system has been trying to manage.

My work is grounded in supporting people experiencing burnout and its overlaps with anxiety, life transitions, identity questions, and the effects of adapting to demanding or unfamiliar environments. I am neurodivergent-friendly and mindful of how burnout can present differently for autistic people, ADHDers, and those with other neurodivergent profiles, including the impact of masking and sensory or cognitive overload. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you, drawing from different approaches depending on what’s needed. The focus is on helping you reconnect with your limits, restore a sense of capacity, and move toward a way of living that feels sustainable.

You don’t need to reach a breaking point to begin. Noticing that you feel worn down, stuck, or unlike yourself is enough. Therapy can start there.

Practice description

Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and responsive to how burnout is showing up in your life. I offer a consistent space where you can speak freely about what feels most pressing, whether that’s ongoing exhaustion, difficulty concentrating, loss of motivation, or a sense of being stretched too thin.

Sessions are guided by your priorities. You might want to focus on immediate pressures, such as work demands or decision fatigue, or look more closely at longer-term patterns like chronic overcommitment, high self-expectation, or difficulty recognising limits. We can move between these, checking in regularly to make sure the work remains useful and manageable.

I draw on different therapeutic approaches rather than following a fixed model, adapting to your pace and capacity. I am neurodivergent-friendly and take into account how factors like sensory load, executive functioning, and masking can shape the experience of burnout. The work stays flexible, with attention to what supports recovery rather than adding further pressure.

You can expect consistency, respect and openness from me. The aim is to support you in understanding what has contributed to burnout, and to develop ways of relating to yourself and your responsibilities that are more sustainable over time.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. This session is offered at a reduced rate of £45 (standard sessions are £60). It is a full therapy session rather than a separate assessment.

During this session, I may ask some questions to understand your background and what you hope to achieve, but there is no requirement to prepare or share anything you’re not ready to. There are no forms or assessments to complete in advance.

You can also use this session to get a sense of how it is to work with me and ask any questions about my approach. From there, we can decide together whether continuing feels like the right next step for you.
