About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. My approach is person-centred at its core, integrating elements from various therapeutic models with a deep passion for psychodynamic work. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and build self-awareness to support growth and healing. I believe counselling is a collaborative journey — one built on trust, empathy, and genuine connection

Practice description

I work from a person-centred foundation, believing that each person has the capacity for growth and healing when met with empathy, understanding, and genuine connection.

Much of my work focuses on relationships — with others and with ourselves — and on helping clients understand and express their emotions more fully. I also draw on psychodynamic principles to gently explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping your present life.

My first session

A gentle introduction to counselling. Creating a space for you, starting with what brings you to counselling. Getting to know eachother and how we might work together

What I can help with

Abuse, ADD / ADHD, Anger management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Body/somatic therapy, Cultural issues, Depression, Disability, Identity issues, Infertility, LGBTQ+ counselling, Loss, Neurodiversity, Post-traumatic stress, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Spirituality, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues
