I currently have availability for new clients and offer both daytime and limited evening appointments. Sessions last 50 minutes and can take place either online (via Zoom) or in person at my private practice in Maidstone. I offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call so that you can ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.

My usual working hours are:

Monday – Thursday: 9 am – 6.00 pm

Friday: 9 am – 3 pm

I try to be as flexible as possible, and if your circumstances mean you need a different time, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

If you contact me and I am not immediately available, I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

I update this section to reflect any planned breaks from my practice. At present, I am working as normal and will provide advance notice of any upcoming annual leave so that we can plan your sessions together.

If you would like to enquire about availability, please get in touch via email or phone.

About me and my therapy practice

My approach

Counselling with me is about gently slowing down and giving yourself the time and space you need. Together, we’ll look at both your past and your present, helping you build greater self-awareness and understand how your experiences have shaped you.

Counselling isn’t just about talking through struggles; it’s also about discovering who you are and creating healthier ways of coping when life feels overwhelming. My aim is to support you in finding clarity, strength, and new ways forward.

I often bring in creative methods alongside talking therapy, which can help express feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

Practice description

Working together can help you:

Make sense of your feelings - understanding why you react the way you do and finding clarity in confusion

Break unhelpful patterns - exploring how past experiences shape the present and learning new ways of coping

Build self-awareness - noticing your needs, your limits and what truly matters to you

Strengthen self-care - moving from putting everyone else first to valuing yourself without guilt

Find healthier coping tools - so when life throws curveballs, you feel more resilient and grounded

Feel seen and supported - knowing you don’t have to go through it alone

My first session

The first session is a chance for you to get to know me and for me to begin to understand your hopes for counselling. We’ll spend time discussing what brought you to counselling, what you would like to focus on and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions you may have, and together we’ll decide what feels right for you moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once - it’s simply a gentle starting point where we begin building trust, understanding, and a pace that feels comfortable for you.
