Availability

I currently have availability for new clients, with daytime, evening and weekend appointments available online and in London.

Do you feel like you should be doing better than you are?

We live surrounded by other people's ideas about how we should live. Be successful. Be confident. Be liked. Be good enough. Those ideas get inside us. We judge ourselves against them, lose confidence in our own experience, and when life doesn't look or feel the way we think it should, it's easy to think the problem is us.

Maybe, from the outside, you're getting on with things. But underneath, you feel lost, stuck or somehow not good enough.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m Chandni, a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist. For me, therapy isn't about teaching you a better way to live; it's somewhere you can become more able to inhabit your own life.

You might be:

• anxious, overwhelmed or constantly overthinking

• struggling with relationships, family or conflict

• worried about what other people think of you

• lonely, unsuccessful or feeling left behind

• facing a breakup, job change or a life that suddenly looks different

How can I help you?

I won't tell you what you should think, feel or do. Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative and led by what you bring. We can explore what's happening at a depth that feels right for you — your feelings, relationships, patterns, or things you haven't quite found words for yet.

You can talk, reflect, sit quietly, offload or take your time finding the words. I won't push you somewhere you don't want to go, and you don't have to use therapy in a particular way.

I'm interested in change that goes deeper than learning how to act differently or endlessly analysing yourself. Over time, therapy can help you relate to yourself differently — to stay with yourself, hold your own and live with greater freedom.

Practice description

Other areas I work with include:

Anxiety and self-esteem • relationship and family dynamics • stress and burnout • grief and loss • identity and belonging • neurodiversity (including ADHD and dyslexia) • life transitions and personal growth

Professional background

Before becoming a therapist, I spent almost a decade working in the financial sector, primarily in consulting and financial research. Since qualifying, I have worked across a range of counselling settings, including a university service, general counselling, specialist bereavement support, an online service for working professionals and private practice. I hold a BSc (Hons) Degree in Person-Centred, Pluralistic Counselling — First Class Honours and Professional Certificate in the Facilitation of Online and Telephone Counselling.

Commitment to inclusivity

I’m a British Asian therapist committed to culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive practice. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.

I have experience working with neurodivergent clients and aim to offer online therapy in a way that feels accessible, respectful, and flexible.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, which is a relaxed space to ask questions and get a sense of how we might work together. There’s no pressure to decide anything during this call.

If you choose to go ahead, we’ll arrange your first session. There’s no need to prepare anything — we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Starting therapy can feel uncertain, particularly if it’s your first time, and we’ll approach the beginning with sensitivity and care.

Availability

Hi, I’m Chandni, a qualified counsellor with specialist training in online and phone therapy. I work with clients in and around London, allowing you to access therapy privately and flexibly, alongside work and other commitments. I have practice rooms for in person sessions in Ealing, Kensington, Marylebone, Soho and Bank

I work with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. I offer a gentle, considered space to slow down, reflect and listen more closely.

I offer online sessions Monday to Sunday, 7:30am–9pm, subject to availability.

You’re welcome to contact me to arrange a free 20-minute introductory call or to ask any questions.

About me and my therapy practice

I stay closely with your experience as it unfolds, offering a depth of attention and grounded presence.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want from therapy. For some, it’s a place to work through difficulty; for others, a place to come into deeper relationship with themselves.

I often work with people who are navigating anxiety, stress, or longer-standing patterns in relation to work, relationships, or major life transitions.

Many are thoughtful, capable people who are used to managing on their own but find themselves wanting space to pause and reconnect with what feels true.

How I work

In our sessions, I’m attuned not only to what you’re sharing, but to how you’re experiencing it — including emotional shifts, embodied responses, or things that feel difficult to articulate.

I meet you as myself, with genuineness and honesty, and stay actively engaged with what you bring. If it feels right, I may gently draw attention to particular feelings or patterns as they emerge and attend to them together.

Over time, this can support a deeper connection with yourself and a greater sense of balance.

Practice description

Areas of experience include

Anxiety and self-esteem • relationship and family dynamics • stress and burnout • grief and loss • identity and belonging • neurodiversity (including ADHD and dyslexia) • life transitions and personal growth

I hold a BACP-accredited BSc (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling, graduating with First Class Honours, and a BACP-accredited Professional Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling.

I work within the BACP Ethical Framework and engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to support safe, ethical, and reflective practice.
