Hi, I'm Meg.
If you're reading this, life may be feeling overwhelming, painful, or simply harder than usual right now. Whatever has brought you here, I would like to help.
I work as an integrative therapist, offering a warm, compassionate, and non-clinical approach. My sessions are a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgement, pressure, or the need to put on a brave face.
Together, we'll create a safe and trusting relationship where you can talk openly about what's going on for you. We'll gently explore the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may be affecting your wellbeing, helping you better understand yourself and find a way forward.
Therapy isn't about fixing you, it's about giving you the space, support, and understanding to grow in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. We'll work at your pace, with kindness and curiosity, every step of the way.
Practice description
I work exclusively online, which means you can access therapy from a place where you feel safe and comfortable. Many people find being in their own environment helps them feel more at ease and able to open up.
As an integrative therapist, I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I draw from a range of therapeutic ideas and techniques, tailoring our work to suit your needs.
At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can bring whatever is going on for you. Together, we'll explore your experiences, make sense of difficult thoughts and feelings, and work towards the changes that feel important to you.
We'll move at your pace, with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique story.
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute initial phone call - this helps to understand whether I can offer you what you need and a chance for you to ask questions and see if it feels right to work together.
If you decide that I am the right counsellor for you then sessions will start on an agreed date and time and will be 50 minutes long, usually on a weekly basis, I can also offer bi - weekly.
