About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychotherapist working in Paddington, Marylebone, and Camden in London, as well as online. I understand that acknowledging and reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. Everyone experiences distress and confusion at times, and life can feel overwhelming. You may feel low, anxious, frustrated, stuck, isolated, or be struggling with bereavement, family and relationship difficulties, motherhood, relocation, or cultural adjustment. Perhaps you find yourself at a crossroads. Life may feel as though it’s heading in the wrong direction, and you can’t seem to steer it back on course.

I offer a warm and compassionate presence as a therapist. Whatever you are facing, I tailor my therapeutic approach to suit your situation, creating the space you need to explore the inner obstacles that may be preventing you from creating a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful.

Therapy with me will be a safe space where you will be listened to with respect, kindness and without judgement, where you can explore whatever weighs on you in confidence.

Practice description

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, where two equals come together to create a trusting relationship in which all troubling questions, thoughts and feelings can be explored with curiosity, openness, and honesty. In our work, we will take time to understand your unique story and uncover the deeper layers of who you are.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from various modalities, tailoring my approach to your unique needs. Where appropriate, we may work creatively with dreams, art, visualisations, and somatic awareness.

My work is trauma and IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed. I have experience supporting clients from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My practice is a welcoming space for neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, ADD, ASD.

My first session

The therapeutic relationship lies at the heart of the therapeutic process, and finding the right therapist is very important, so I offer a free 20 min initial Zoom call. This provides an opportunity to get a sense of me as a therapist and to see whether working together feels right.
