About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes the ways we learnt to protect ourselves as children no longer serve us as adults. Why do I keep ending up in the same kind of relationship? Why am I afraid people will leave me? Why do I feel "too much" or "not enough"? Our relationships shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us. If you find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, struggling to trust others, feeling anxious about being abandoned, or finding it difficult to feel close to people, you are not alone. These difficulties can affect intimate relationships, friendships, family dynamics, self-esteem, and emotional well-being.
Therapy offers a safe, confidential, and containing space to explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can begin to understand how past experiences may continue to influence the way you relate to yourself and others today.
As a psychodynamic therapist, I believe that our earliest relationships often shape our expectations of ourselves and other people. The ways we learned to seek comfort, manage difficult emotions, and form connections can continue to influence our adult relationships, often outside of our conscious awareness. By bringing these patterns into awareness, therapy can help create the possibility for meaningful and lasting change.
I have a particular interest in helping people experiencing relationship difficulties, attachment issues, childhood emotional experiences, family conflict, low self-esteem, and recurring patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Whether you are facing challenges in your relationships or simply want to understand yourself more deeply, I offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where we can explore your experiences together at a pace that feels right for you.

About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself and others. You may be struggling with difficult emotions, relationships, loss, or major life changes, and finding it hard to make sense of what you are experiencing.
Having lived across different cultures, worked in multinational organisations, and experienced significant life transitions, I understand how our histories, relationships, and cultural backgrounds shape the way we see ourselves and others. Carl Jung wrote:
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate."
I believe that lasting change often begins with understanding the unconscious patterns and early relationships. I offer a safe, confidential, and containing space where together we can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and begin to move towards meaningful and lasting change and emotional freedom.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and have a particular interest in supporting people who feel caught between different cultures, life stages, or ways of understanding themselves. Whether you are facing a current crisis or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.

About me and my therapy practice
Living with anxiety, low self-esteem, or overwhelming emotions can be exhausting. You may find yourself constantly worrying, overthinking, doubting yourself, or feeling as though you are never quite good enough. Perhaps you struggle to set boundaries, feel overwhelmed by other people's expectations, or experience emotions that seem difficult to understand or control. These experiences can affect your relationships, work, confidence, and overall sense of well-being.
Therapy offers a safe, confidential, and containing space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what lies beneath these difficulties. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, psychodynamic therapy explores emotional experiences and unconscious patterns that may be contributing to the way you feel.
Often our emotional lives are shaped by our early relationships, life experiences, and the ways we learned to cope with difficult feelings. Together, we will explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a better relationship with yourself.
I have a particular interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, self-criticism, emotional difficulties, stress, and feelings of being stuck. Whether you are facing a current crisis or have been living with these difficulties for many years, I offer a thoughtful and empathic space where we can explore your experiences together and work towards meaningful and lasting change.

About me and my therapy practice
Living between cultures can be both enriching and challenging. You may feel caught between different languages, values, expectations, or ways of understanding yourself. Perhaps you have moved to a new country, grown up between cultures, or find yourself questioning where you truly belong? These experiences can affect relationships, identity, self-esteem, and emotional wellbeing in ways that are not always easy to explain.
Having lived across different cultures, worked in multinational organisations, and experienced significant life transitions, I understand how our histories, relationships, and cultural backgrounds shape the way we see and relate to ourselves and others throughout life. Carl Jung wrote:
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate."
This quotation reflects my approach to therapy: gently bringing unconscious patterns into awareness so that you can make more informed choices about life and relationships. I offer a safe, confidential, and containing space where you can explore these experiences without judgement and at your own pace. I have a particular interest in working with people who have experienced migration, cultural transition, or the challenges of living between different cultures. I also welcome expatriates, international professionals, second-generation immigrants, and anyone trying to make sense of who they are and where they belong. Together, we will explore these unconscious patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and a stronger sense of identity and belonging, whether you are facing a current crisis or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself.
