About me and my therapy practice
Hello. I am a neurodivergent counsellor with a creative background. I don’t assume I know what it is like to “walk in someone else’s shoes,” but I am committed to trying my hardest to understand what things are like for you. This may involve exploring anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, your own neurodivergence, or perhaps a sense of uncertainty about what you are experiencing. I aim to provide a supportive, warm, and non-judgemental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences from your unique perspective, and work towards greater understanding and positive change.
Practice description
I practice Person Centred counselling, an approach that adapts to the unique needs of each individual. Person Centred is a creative approach, and my background in the creative industries complements this.

I have experience supporting clients with a range of concerns, including neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, grief, postnatal depression, body dysmorphia, trauma, family difficulties, domestic abuse, health issues and addiction.
I have additional experience working with creative individuals and am developing a strong and growing understanding of neurodivergence, like ADHD, ADD, dyslexia and Autism.
