About me and my therapy practice
Hello.
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported. My approach, being creative and flexible, is complemented by my background in the creative industries.
Practice description
I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds across a wide range of mental and physical health challenges. My experience includes concerns such as anxiety, depression, women’s issues, grief, postnatal depression, body dysmorphia, trauma, family difficulties, domestic abuse, health issues and addiction. I work with the NHS and other agencies and privately.
I have particular experience working with creative individuals and am developing a strong and growing understanding of neurodivergence, like ADHD, ADD, Dyselxia and Autism.
I aim to make this process of seeking therapy as welcoming, supportive, and straightforward as possible. Please reach out for a trial session or if you have any questions.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute introductory session so we can meet and talk about what you’d like to explore in therapy.
After that, sessions are 50 minutes long and provide a space for you to discuss whatever feels most pressing. I’ll be there alongside you, supporting you as we explore whatever you’d like to focus on.

I practice Person Centred counselling, an approach that adapts to the unique needs of each individual. It is a creative approach and my background in the creative industries compliments this.
I have worked in the NHS and other agencies supporting clients aged 14 to 84 from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental and physical health challenges.
