About me and my therapy practice
About Me
I am a relational integrative therapist who believes in our capacity for growth and healing through a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low mood, loss, life transitions and trauma. I also support those who feel emotionally drained, find it hard to set boundaries or speak up for themselves or notice a pattern of putting others’ needs before their own.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel heard and supported, and where we can explore what you’re going through at a pace that feels right for you.
Practice description
My Approach
My approach is collaborative and tailored around you. Drawing on relational, psychodynamic, and humanistic perspectives, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Where helpful, we may gently consider how past relationships and experiences are shaping your life today.
Clients often describe me as attuned, engaged and compassionate. I am particularly passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, make sense of their experiences and feel more grounded and accepting of who they are.
If this resonates with you, you’re very welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.
