About me and my therapy practice

At times, we all face challenges that can feel overwhelming to tackle

on our own. I want to offer you a safe space where we can talk and

think together. Here, all feelings are welcome, and I approach each

session with a non-judgmental attitude.

I offer psychodynamic counselling, a gentle exploration of your past

and how it  intertwines with your present. Whether you're

seeking short-term support or a longer journey of self-discovery, our

work together can be tailored to meet your unique needs.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues,

or past trauma, therapy can provide valuable insights, coping

strategies, and support to help you overcome obstacles and live a more

fulfilling life. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard,

understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

Practice description

I have successfully supported numerous clients in overcoming anxiety and depression by employing tailored therapeutic approaches that address their unique experiences and challenges.

I have worked in various refuges providing one-on-one counselling sessions for survivors of domestic violence, focusing on trauma recovery and empowerment.

With over a decade of experience working with individuals with autism and additional needs, I truly believe that each person is unique. I recognize that one approach may resonate profoundly with one individual while falling flat for another, and I strive to honour that diversity in my practice.

As an immigrant myself, I deeply understand the complexities of moving to a new country and the myriad challenges that come with it. I can speak fluently in Lithuanian and Russian, along with English, and I can offer therapy in all three languages to ensure that our communication feels comfortable and authentic.

My qualifications:

BSc Psychology (Middlesex University)

MSc Child and adolescent mental health (UCL)

MA Psychodynamic Counselling (University of Essex)
