About me and my therapy practice

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lost or stuck?

Life can sometimes feel difficult to navigate. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, or the impact of past experiences. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.

My name is Heloise, and I am a qualified integrative, relational psychotherapist (MBACP) based in Crowthorne, Berkshire. I offer face-to-face and online therapy for adults, providing a warm, confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting. My aim is to help you feel comfortable and supported from the outset, creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.

I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to your individual needs. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, understand the challenges you are facing, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I have a particular interest in working with loss and bereavement, including childhood loss and the lasting impact early experiences can have on our relationships, sense of self, and emotional wellbeing.

Whether you are facing a specific difficulty, navigating a life transition, or simply feel that something needs to change, I offer a supportive space where you can develop greater self-understanding and move towards a more fulfilling way of living.

Practice description

My private practice is based in Wokingham, Berkshire, and online. I work with adults on an individual basis, offering weekly 50-minute sessions. Therapy can be open-ended or time-limited, depending on your needs and circumstances.

My fee is £65 per session, with some concessions available. Please feel free to enquire for further information about fees, payment, and cancellation policy.

My Training

I hold an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework. I attend regular supervision and undertake CPD to expand and update my knowledge.

My Experience

I have experience working with adults across a range of settings, including a low-cost counselling service, the NHS, other community settings and within a national mental health charity.

My first session

Before starting therapy, I offer an initial introductory phone call. This gives us the opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and whether working together feels right for you. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have. If you decide to proceed, we will agree a regular session time for your first appointment.
