About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m a psychotherapist with over seven years of experience in mental health. I work online and in-person (West Hampstead) with adults and young people (16+) in both English and Spanish.
I hold a Master’s in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, an approach that combines Psychodynamic, CBT, and Humanistic perspectives to create a style tailored specifically to you, aiming to facilitate the exploration of deeper issues while developing practical coping strategies.
I offer support for a range of difficulties related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss, and burnout, as well as relationship and family dynamics. I also have a particular focus on challenges involved in migration, identity, and neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, SEND).
We all have different stories that shape who we are; the things that trigger our anxiety, sadness, or stress are unique to each of us. Therapy will be a space for us to give relevance and validation to the particular way things happen to you and how they make you feel. Together we can find a path forward understanding the influences of your past and the meaning behind your worries.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy. Contact me for a free 15-minute initial consultation to discuss how we might work together.
Practice description
Scheduling and Commitment
I offer both open-ended, deeper exploration and short-term, goal-focused therapy. We will work together to tailor the duration and pace of our sessions to ensure they align with your specific needs, preferences, and personal goals.
What to Expect:
The Initial Assessment
During out first sessions I will focus on understanding your current circumstances, your history, and the roots of the challenges you are facing. During this period, I will start pointing out what seems to be the key aspects of your struggles, which we will discuss openly to ensure our work feels meaningful to you.
The Ongoing Therapeutic Process
Therapy is a gradual process that finds its own rhythm. To truly address and process past and present difficulties, we allow the time necessary for insights to emerge naturally.
Depending on your unique needs, our work may involve:
- In-depth Exploration: Uncovering the repeating patterns and "roots" of your struggles.
- Actionable Steps: Identifying practical tools to facilitate immediate change.
- A Reflective Space: Providing a safe environment to speak your mind freely, leading to a natural transformation of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
Types of therapy
Brief therapy, CBT, Existential, Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Psychodynamic, Relational, Solution focused brief therapy
Clients I work with
Adults, Older adults, Trainees, Young people
How I deliver therapy
Long term sessions, Long-term face-to-face work, Online therapy, Short term sessions, Short-term face-to-face work, Text therapy

English, Spanish
