Availability

I welcome new clients for both in-person sessions in Central London and online therapy via Zoom. Sessions usually take place weekly, though fortnightly appointments can be arranged if that suits your circumstances better.

I work with adults on both a short- and long-term basis, offering a supportive space to explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace.


About me and my therapy practice

Do you need to talk to someone?

If you are facing a “dark night of the soul”, feeling overwhelmed or stuck; if your emotions feel too much to process; if your body feels like it’s “falling apart” but you don’t know how to interpret its signals; or if you simply need to offload your worries but can’t share what’s on your mind for fear of judgment — you can bring it here.

Feeling heard and understood is what happens when you meet “your” person. It can make the difference between hopelessness and seeing some light again. A click between therapist and client isn’t guaranteed, but I will do my best to support you, drawing on my expertise as an integrative psychodynamic psychotherapist and my background in holistic health and NLP coaching.

Emotional and psychological experiences are often reflected in the body’s symptoms — our biology can become our biography. I tend to bring a whole-person perspective to therapy, recognising the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit, if it feels relevant for the client.

My style is open and straightforward. I show up as a real person — engaged, curious, and human. My aim is to help you understand yourself more deeply, unpack your story, and make sense of where you are and why.

Practice description

I offer a warm, supportive space to explore what’s happening in your life and how it affects you — emotionally, physically, and in your relationships. We work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.

Together we can make sense of your experiences and ease what feels overwhelming. My intention is to help you understand yourself more clearly and feel more steady and at ease in your life.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute phone or video chat to help you get a sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit.

The first full session is a space to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I’ll explain how I work and answer any questions. There’s no pressure or commitment — just an opportunity to see if this feels like the right support for you.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at my standard rate.
