Availability
I currently offer online sessions and have limited availability for in-person sessions in London.
My working hours are generally during weekdays, with some flexibility depending on current availability. If you’re unsure whether I can accommodate a particular time, you’re welcome to get in touch, and we can explore what might work.
About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Peace, an integrative therapist and counsellor.
I offer a warm, reflective space where you can pause and make sense of what’s happening in your life. My work is collaborative and attuned, supporting you to explore both what feels difficult and what may be shifting or emerging over time.
My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, relational, and attachment-informed perspectives. I’m interested in how past experiences and relationships can shape how we experience ourselves and others in the present.
Alongside talking therapy, I also work in a body-aware way, which may include gently noticing sensations, breath, or patterns of tension, always at your pace.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, loss, trauma, relationship or family difficulties, burnout, and questions around identity and belonging.
Practice description
Therapy offers a space to slow things down and explore what may feel overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to hold on your own.
In our work together, I aim to create a space that feels steady, respectful, and collaborative. You are not expected to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We can begin wherever you are.
I work through an intersectional lens, recognising that our experiences are shaped by wider social and cultural contexts. I offer an LGBTQ+ inclusive and affirming space, and I’m mindful of the courage it can take to bring your full self into therapy, particularly if you have felt unseen or misunderstood in other spaces.
My work is also informed by an awareness of the body, recognising that emotions and experiences are often held both physically and psychologically. Any body-focused work is introduced gently and always with your consent.
My first session
I offer an initial 50-minute assessment session at a reduced rate of £60. Ongoing sessions are £80 (online) and £90 (in-person, subject to availability).
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces.
This first session is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you might be hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right fit. It’s also a space for you to ask any questions you may have about the process.
During this session, I will share some information about how I work, including confidentiality and its limits, and we may begin to think together about how therapy could support you.
There is no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions following this meeting.
