My working day usually starts from 11am offering session slots up until 9pm for clients who struggle to find time during the day.

For in person sessions, I am less flexible, but I can often accommodate with enough notice. Those hours are agreed on a telephone or online first session.

About me and my therapy practice

Welcome- I’m glad you’re here, reaching out can feel difficult. This step can start off your journey towards feeling better.

This is a safe space for you to do some self-discovery in a non-judgemental setting.

My style of working is centred on creating the therapeutic relationship, for a meaningful experience built on real connection and trust.

I believe no one should go through life’s difficulties alone. We all deserve support, empathy and understanding. With my full attention and gentle guidance, we can move though your difficulties and concerns together.

My work is grounded in person-centred therapy, an approach which values empathy, acceptance and collaboration. While this forms the foundation of my work as an integrative therapist I do draw upon other approaches depending on each clients needs.

I aim to create an environment you can trust to be open without fear or judgement, so you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself, safe to connect with your true feelings and emotions.

Life can be challenging with, I have learned through my own experiences and struggles that we can feel lost and alone, we often worry our true selves won’t be accepted.

I believe we can lead much fuller lives when we understand ourselves better. Learning what experiences have shaped who we are, what are our values. What patterns and behaviours have you noticed about yourself. Often, we have little compassion for ourselves and the mistakes we make we often feel shame. I want to help you realise you are worth self-compassion and understanding. Being vulnerable and sharing takes strength and courage but I believe it’s a must to live a fulfilling life. I have never viewed accessing therapy for myself or others a as a weakness, I always feel proud of someone that opens up and is able to work on their personal growth.
