About me and my therapy practice

People come to therapy for many different reasons, and there is no right or wrong place to begin. Some people arrive with a specific difficulty, while others come with a sense that something isn’t quite right. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where we can explore whatever you bring, at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are reflective and collaborative, giving you space to explore your thoughts and feelings openly.

My Approach

I work in a person-centred, trauma-informed way, placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work. I see therapy as a collaborative process, shaped by both of us, where your experiences guide the work.

I offer a supportive approach that:

  • Focuses on your unique experiences and needs
  • Encourages exploration rather than giving advice
  • Draws on different approaches to suit your needs
  • Supports you at your own pace
