About me and my therapy practice

Anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma can feel all-consuming and isolating. Life’s challenges - including family issues, bereavement, low self-esteem, or LGBTQ+ concerns - can leave you unsure of where to turn. Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to be fully heard, understood, and supported at your own pace.

Practice description

My Approach

I work in a person-centred, trauma-informed way, placing our relationship at the heart of the work. I also draw on ideas from nervous system regulation, helping you notice how your emotions show up in your mind and body. Therapy is collaborative, where you guide the work, and I provide a reflective, listening presence so you can explore your experiences safely and without judgment.

I offer a supportive approach that:

Focuses on your experiences and what matters to you

Helps you notice patterns in thoughts, emotions, and your body

Gives you a space where you can be fully seen and heard

Draws on reflective exercises, mindfulness, or other gentle tools when helpful

Who I Work With

I support adults from all backgrounds and stages of life. Some common concerns clients bring include:

Anxiety, stress, or social anxiety

Depression, low mood, or emotional exhaustion

Trauma, abuse, or experiences of loss and bereavement

Family issues, relationship difficulties, or life transitions

Low self-esteem or low self-confidence

LGBTQ+ concerns or questions about identity

Sexual or intimacy concerns

Broader mental health challenges

These are just examples - you are welcome to bring whatever is on your mind.
