About me and my therapy practice

I'm Rochelle, a qualified, BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist. I have clinical experience working across the NHS, a specialist women's centre, and a range of counselling services. I offer both short-term and long-term online therapy to clients aged 18+ across the UK and Europe.

I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including students, parents, and professionals. I support clients experiencing a range of concerns, from stress and anxiety to trauma, family issues, relationship difficulties, and workplace challenges.

My specialist interests

In addition to my general practice, my specialist interests include supporting clients affected by coercive and controlling behaviour by ex-partners, including experiences of gaslighting, stalking, and legal abuse.

I also provide workshops on stalking and coercive control for qualified and trainee psychotherapists at a specialist women’s centre.
