I offer online therapy on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the daytime and evening. I am accepting new online clients and am operating a waiting list for face to face therapy for 2026.
About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Morwenna. I offer a calm, relaxed space to explore whatever is going on for you. Here you will be able to pause, reflect, and to set down what you have been carrying. Together we can examine what no longer serves you, what old stories no longer fit, and what familiar patterns you want to leave behind. Gradually we will untangle your thoughts and feelings, allowing you to make sense of what is going on and what you would like to change.
Maybe something is missing or doesn’t feel right or authentic, perhaps you are struggling with stress, anxiety or grief. Maybe you want to understand yourself and your relationships. Maybe you just don’t know where to start. Together we can get a sense of how you might move towards growth and change through exploring and understanding your feelings and what matters to you.

Practice description
I work from a person centred perspective but integrate other modalities where appropriate, meaning that I won’t offer quick fixes or ready made toolkits or strategies, instead I will listen with care and create a genuine connection where you can be seen and heard and find your own path towards growth and change, at your pace. Therapy with me could be about acknowledging where you are now, being curious about where you have come from and deciding where you want to be and how you might get there, but there is no right or wrong way and sessions will be tailored to you.
