Practice description

I know from experience that clients come to therapy when something isn't working in their lives. Over the years I have supported clients through personal issues including infidelity, childhood trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, health challenges, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, life transitions, identity, shame, addiction and sexual compulsions.

Having worked in the corporate world for many years, I understand the challenges of workplace stress, burnout and imposter syndrome, as well as feelings of isolation, a loss of identity or meaning, and the need to balance professional demands with personal fulfilment. I have also supported professionals to navigate performance pressures when dealing with a new diagnosis or a known mental health disorder.

I will meet you exactly where you are, and help you to reconnect with your inner resources and to learn new ways of being. In doing so, I will support you to make meaningful and sustainable change in the areas of your life that are most important to you.

My first session

The initial session is really a simple conversation to understand more about you, why you are seeking therapy at this point in time and what you would like to gain or achieve as a result.
