I aim to respond to messages within the following timeframes:

Weekdays (Monday–Friday): between 9am to 6pm I usually reply within the same day.

Counselling messages are not monitored outside these hours. I do not offer crisis support. 

About me and my therapy practice

If you’ve found your way here, it might be because you’re looking for some support or because something in your life feels like it needs attention. You don’t have to have it all together to reach out.

You might be hard on yourself. You might find it difficult to take in kind words. You might feel responsible for keeping everyone else okay.

On the outside, you may look like you’re managing. Inside, things might feel heavier or more uncertain than you let on. Low Self‑Esteem, Self‑Criticism & Feeling “Not Enough”. 

The way we speak to ourselves matters. Those everyday thoughts can shape how we feel and how we move through the world.

In the space I offer, you lead the way. We go at your pace. We stay with what feels real and important to you.

I’m alongside you with warmth and honesty. When it’s useful, I offer compassionate challenge - gentle, respectful questions that can help you reflect and notice things from a different angle, without pressure.

You don’t have to carry this on your own. If you’re ready, we can look at it together.

I offer free introductory calls and flexible 50 minute online sessions to suit you. Daytimes £35, evenings and weekends £45.

People come to counselling for many different reasons.

Some feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck.

Some feel disconnected from themselves.

Some feel “Not Enough” have low self esteem and are self critical. 

Others simply want a space where they don’t have to manage anyone else’s feelings for a while.

Whatever brings you here is welcome.

I offer a free 20‑minute consultation so you can get a sense of whether this space feels right for you, with no pressure to commit. You don’t need the perfect words - a simple message is enough.

My first session

During our first session; we will explore your goals, and get a sense of how we will continue to move forward.
