Availability

I currently have availability within my practice. My standard working hours are weekdays from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, and Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm. I aim to be flexible where possible, so please feel free to get in touch if you require an alternative time and I will do my best to accommodate.

About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I’m Monica Bini, an integrative counsellor (BSc Hons Psychology, Diploma in Counselling, MBACP) with a passion for supporting adults and young people (16+). I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

My Practice - I provide a safe and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you, drawing on person-centred therapy, psychotherapy, and CBT to support your individual needs and goals.

Practice description

With over 18 years’ experience across educational and adult settings, I support clients with a range of issues including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Together, we can build self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and help you move towards greater clarity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

My first session

I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation via video call or telephone. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to explore what has brought you to counselling in a relaxed and informal way.

I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to create a calm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can feel at ease. During this call, we can discuss what you would like support with, any goals you may have, and how we might work together.

This is also a chance for you to ask any questions and to see whether you feel comfortable working with me. Finding the right counsellor is important, and there is no obligation to continue after this session.

If you decide to move forward, we can then arrange ongoing sessions and discuss practical details such as availability, session structure, and confidentiality.
