About me and my therapy practice

I’m a London based therapist specialising in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed therapy, supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in repeated emotional patterns.

My approach helps you understand not just what you’re feeling, but how your nervous system is responding and how this can begin to shift. 

Practice description

I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly, without judgement or pressure.

My approach is integrative and relational, combining talking therapy with a trauma-informed, nervous system-based approach. I draw from different therapeutic models depending on what you need, while also gently paying attention to what’s happening in your body – such as anxiety, tension, overwhelm, or shutdown.

This helps us understand your experience at a deeper level, rather than only managing things on the surface. Together, we build awareness, support regulation, and develop a greater sense of safety within yourself.

You don’t have to arrive with the “right words” or a clear story – we can take the time to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on, including the parts that may feel difficult, unclear, or “too much.”

Rather than pushing for change, we create the conditions where your nervous system can begin to regulate and shift naturally.

My first session

Choosing the right therapist is important, especially when working with trauma and the nervous system.

I offer a brief introductory call so we can get to know each other and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or disconnected for a long time. Your first session is an opportunity to get a sense of me, ask questions, and see whether you feel safe and supported. From there, we gently build a therapeutic relationship that allows you to explore whatever you need, at your own pace.

My work focuses on helping you feel safer in your own mind and body, so that change doesn’t feel forced but becomes possible.

I work at depth with experiences that feel deep-rooted, difficult to change or hard to make sense of, including:

• Anxiety, overwhelm, and overthinking

• Nervous system dysregulation (feeling “on edge”, shut down, or easily overwhelmed)

• Trauma and difficult past experiences

• Emotional intensity or numbness

• Relationship and attachment patterns

• Stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion

• Feeling lost, disconnected, or unsure of who you are

I also work with addiction and compulsive coping behaviours, understanding these not as failures, but as adaptations – ways your system has learned to manage stress, regulate, or cope with emotional pain.
