About me and my therapy practice

Welcome, I am Natasha. I am a BACP registered psychotherapeutic counsellor working face to face and online in Brighton and Worthing area. I bring 15 years experience supporting young people and adults in the education sector and beyond. My practice is characterised by professional competence, warmth and a commitment to working with each person individuality. 

I have worked with a wide range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, abuse, substance misuse, life transitions, chronic illness and ADHD/Autism. Alongside my  postgraduate training in social psychology at the University of Brighton, I have experience in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable adults and young people. I have supported clients through some of the most challenging periods of life.


Practice description

My approach is in an humanistic integrative way, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to suit the unique needs of each client. This flexible, person centred approach enables a holistic way of working that honors individual experience and promotes collaborative exploration and healing.

As a registered member of the BACP I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework. I attend regular clinical supervision and am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure safe, effective practice.  

My first session

Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. I offer a free initial telephone conversation so we can briefly explore your needs and whether I might be a good fit. I also offer a reduced rate introductory session at £45 with no obligation. In our first full session we can review the counselling agreement and practical arrangements, and then begin to explore what has brought you to counselling
