About me and my therapy practice
There may be a point at which you are doing what needs to be done, but it is costing more than it returns. Pressure builds. Uncertainty lingers. Rest does not quite restore what it should.
This is where our conversations begin.
Together, we create space to slow things down and take stock. We explore what you are carrying, how it affects your body and mind, and what has been quietly draining your energy over time.
My approach is respectful, understanding, and open. The aim is not to push you forward or pull things apart, but to offer a grounded place where clarity can return. A place where things can be named properly, without judgement or urgency.
Together, we can explore your unseen needs and what might help you feel more balanced, nourished, and able to keep going without running on empty.
Practice description
Our sessions offer you a place to pause, breathe, and take some weight off for a while.
You may arrive feeling under constant pressure, uncertain about decisions or direction, or worn down by a responsibility that never eases. You might sense that something is no longer sustainable, even if it is difficult to put into words.
In our sessions, we focus on:
- What feels most important for you right now
- Creating space to think without pressure
- Gaining clarity where things feel muddled or heavy
- Noticing how stress and uncertainty affect your body and energy
- Understanding patterns that leave you depleted
- Finding what restores balance rather than keeps things going
Sometimes this involves talking things through. At other times, it means slowing down enough to notice what you have been overriding or carrying alone. The pace is steady, and the focus stays on what helps you feel safer, clearer, and more resourced.
Sessions are offered online and in person in London. You do not need to be in crisis to begin. You may simply be looking for space, understanding, and a way to feel more grounded and replenished in your life.
If it feels helpful, we can begin with a brief 15-minute initial call. This offers a chance to ask questions, get a sense of how sessions might feel, and decide whether working together feels right for you.
My first session
The first session is a chance for us to meet and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
You are welcome to bring whatever feels important to you. You may arrive with a clear sense of what you want to talk about, or you may feel unsure where to begin. Both are fine. There is no requirement to prepare, explain yourself clearly, or complete forms during the session. The time is there for you to speak freely and to begin exploring what has brought you to therapy.
During the session, we will:
- Talk through what feels most present or pressing for you
- Clarify what you would like help with right now
- Explore your needs at a pace that feels manageable
- Make space for any questions about how therapy works and what is on offer
- We will also be clear about boundaries and confidentiality, so the space feels grounded, secure, and professionally held.
At the end of the session, we can review how it has felt for you and discuss what feels appropriate to do next. The focus is on clarity and choice, at every stage.
